All pavers are 18" x 18" and made of Granite. Price begins at $250. A maximum of 3 symbols are allowed; each symbol is $40.00 extra for a maximum cost of $370.00.
BLACK paver: Veteran with home of record of Anderson County and entered service in Anderson County. The Black paver is to honor all Anderson County natives that entered service (enlisted or drafted) while residents of Anderson County who honorably served in the United States Military. For an Officer Commissioned through a Military Academy or an ROTC Program, they must have entered school from Anderson County.
GRAY paver: All other military Veterans will have a Gray paver. The Gray paver is to honor all military personnel who honorably served in the United States Military regardless of their home of record.
Symbols allowed are Religious symbols from VA Form 40-1330, United States Military Rank and Badges, and select Military Silhouettes (ships, planes, tanks, etc.). Links are provided on the form below to assist in accurately identifying acceptable symbols, insignias, badges, ranks, and silhouettes.
Military Veterans include all members who earned a DD-214 (or equivalent for service before DD-214's used) for honorable service. This would also include National Guard and Military Reserve who retired from the Guard/Reserve with 20 years service or earned a DD-214 from mobilization.
If available, please provide proof of military service with the Social Security Number blacked out.
